Meet Dr. Yuejuan Bian, DAcCHM, TCMD, L.Ac.

Dr. Bian earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Shandong University of TCM, a premier institution for clinical research in China. Following years of hospital-based practice in both TCM and Western Medicine, she moved to Minnesota in 2013, serving for over twelve years as a professor and clinician at the American Academy of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and TCM Health Center. To integrate modern scientific knowledge with her nearly two decades of international experience, she earned her Professional Doctorate (Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine) from the University of East-West Medicine in California, ensuring every patient receives deeply personalized, evidence-informed care.
Dr. Bian is the only practitioner in the United States trained in Zhou’s Six-Tier Acupuncture, a highly specialized system for complex and chronic conditions. Having trained directly under 5th-generation inheritor Dr. Lei Zhou, she is honored to serve as the 6th-generation practitioner of this method. Her approach integrates U.S. safety standards with nearly 20 years of clinical mastery, delivering treatment with precision and reliable therapeutic outcomes.

For over a decade, Dr. Yuejuan Bian has been a dedicated presence in the Twin Cities’ acupuncture community. In September 2025, she proudly assumed ownership of the Edina clinic, continuing its long-standing tradition of healing.
