Initial Consultation + Acupuncture

60-75 mins | $140

We begin with a comprehensive intake, using pulse and tongue diagnostics to understand your body’s underlying patterns of imbalance and health goals. This assessment allows us to tailor your first acupuncture treatment specifically to your needs.

The session includes a restorative rest period, giving your body the space to respond and your nervous system time to reset. Most patients find this time deeply relaxing, often drifting into a light sleep. To support your progress between visits, you will receive a personalized plan with guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, and herbal support.

This session is required for all new patients or those returning after an extended absence. Reassessment ensures your treatment plan aligns with your current health journey and immediate needs.

Follow-up Acupuncture

50mins | $85

These sessions are focused on your continued progress and maintaining the balance achieved in your initial visit. We begin with a brief check-in to track any changes in your symptoms or health goals, followed by a targeted acupuncture treatment.

As with your first visit, each session includes a quiet period of restorative rest, allowing your body to integrate the treatment and your nervous system to remain in a healing state.

Facial acupuncture

Cosmetic Acupuncture

50mins | $90

Often described as a holistic facelift, this treatment focuses on both local rejuvenation and internal balance. We utilize fine, sterile needles to stimulate circulation and collagen production in the face, paired with body points tailored to your unique constitutional needs.

By addressing the root causes of aging — such as stress, digestive health, or hormonal shifts — we achieve results that are more natural and sustainable than topical treatments alone. Each session includes a restorative rest period to allow your system to integrate the treatment, leaving you with a revitalized glow and a deep sense of well-being.

Recommended in a series for optimal results. Prepaid 10-session packages are available for $1,000.

Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine

Herbal Consultation $90

Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine is a sophisticated system designed to restore internal balance and vitality. Rather than relying on single-ingredient supplements, we utilize complex, customized formulas of 4 to 15 different herbs that work synergistically to address your unique health patterns.

During your consultation, we identify the root cause of your symptoms to craft a personalized prescription tailored to your constitution. Our formulas are available in several forms to suit your lifestyle — including traditional Raw Herbs for home brewing, convenient Granules, and portable Pills — all sourced from reputable suppliers and rigorously tested for purity and safety.

The cost of herbal products varies based on your personalized treatment plan.

    • Professional Guidance is Essential: Self-prescribing Chinese herbs can be dangerous. A qualified TCM practitioner (Licensed Acupuncturist or Herbalist) is trained to make accurate diagnoses and create safe, effective formulas.

    • Quality and Purity: It is crucial to source herbs from reputable suppliers who test for heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants.

    • Drug-Herb Interactions: Some herbs can interact with pharmaceutical drugs. You must inform both your TCM practitioner and your medical doctor about all the medications and supplements you are taking.

Traditional Fire Cupping

$50

Cupping is a therapeutic TCM technique that uses glass cups and fire to create suction on the skin. It is one of the oldest forms of medicine, with historical records dating back thousands of years. The core principle involves drawing stagnant blood, toxins, and "pathogenic factors" (such as Wind, Cold, and Dampness) from deep within the tissues to the surface, thereby stimulating healing. Patients typically feel a tight, pulling sensation that is often described as a deep, pressure-based massage. It should not be sharply painful.

The most distinctive after-effect is the circular marks. It is crucial to understand these are not bruises in the traditional sense (caused by traumatic impact). They are petechiae—broken capillaries caused by the suction. In TCM, the color and darkness of the marks are diagnostic. These marks are generally painless and fade within a few days to two weeks.

  • Dark Purple: Suggests significant stagnation of Blood and Qi, often indicating long-standing cold or pain.

Bright Red: Suggests "Heat" or inflammation in the area.

Light Pink/Faint: Suggests healthy Qi and Blood flow or a mild condition.

    • Performed by a Professional: When done by a trained TCM practitioner, fire cupping is very safe.

    • Temporary Marks: The circular marks are a normal, expected outcome.

    • Not for Everyone: It is not used on areas with broken skin, inflamed joints, or on patients with bleeding disorders, or who are pregnant.
